Micromax Canvas Knight A350 launched in Russia

Just a few days ago we told you Micromax has started its operations in the largest country in the world i.e Russia. On 24th January, 2014 Micromax launched 14 smartphones with its range including from the Bolt series and the Canvas series. Even though Micromax’s primary market is India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka Micromax choose to launch its more powerful Android phone till now in the socialist country i.e. Russia. It is the first phone from Micromax to feature MediaTek’s octa core processor which has a frequency of 2GHz and a 16 Mega Pixel Camera.

The phone features a full HD display with a screen of %” inches. The phone is expected to launch in India after its initial release in Russia. The octa core chipset from MediaTek i.e. MTK6592 is also featured in Alcatel Idol X+ smartphone. Recently Intex also made news for being the 1st Indian company to feature a octa core processor in its flagship smartphone.

Micromax Canvas Knight A350 is the first flagship phone from Micromax in the European country Russia. According to India TV News Micromax Canvas Knight A350 scores better than Samsung’s own homegrown octa core processor. According to the results from mobile benchmarking app on Antutu Micromax Canvas Knight A350 scores beats the like of Samsung Galaxy S4 and HTC’s One smartphone. Micromax Canvas Knight A350 Antutu score is 26886 whereas Samsung Galaxy S4 and HTC One Antutu scores are 26147 and 26556 respectively. Micromax Canvas Knight A350 might be lauched in India as its next flagship model which might be the next generation in the Canvas Series i.e. is Micromax Canvas 5. Even the news claims that Micromax Canvas Knight A350 has thickness of just 7.3mm which is very slim.
