There is some configuration you need to do on a computer.  Opening this website gives you a choice of using your own printer or a Cloud based printer.

To connect to a cloud printer, follow the steps given on the Google website:

Computer

1. Open Google Chrome
2. In a new tab, open chrome://devices
3. You should find your printer listed under “My devices.”

Android device

1. Open Settings .
2. Under “System,” select Printing> Cloud Print.
3. Click Options .
4. Select Add Printer.
