Anubhad is also the cofounder for Rejuvenate Solutions, the major stake holder in Zimmber. Anubhad had cofounded another company called PeopleStrong HR Services, before starting Rejuvenate Solutions and Zimmber. Later he exited from PeopleStrong HR Services to focus on Rejuvenate Solutions and Zimmber.
Amit Kumar is a management graduate and also an engineer worked in companies like L&T and KBR Inc., before setting up Zimmber. Gaurav Shrivastava is an engineer worked for First Quadrant Solutions previously.
Jabong’s stake in Zimmber:
According to a top executive at Zimmber, Rejuvenate Solutions, the company behind Zimmber had received funds from Praveen Sinha, the India head of lifestyle e commerce site, Jabong. The executive added that they also got funds from an unnamed executive of Godrej home appliances.
Althought the exact amount of funds are not revealed, sources say that this start up had received funds of $80,000 (50,000 INR). Anubhab, the cofounder of Rejuvenate Solutions said that they will use these funds to build the product. According to Anubhad, Zimmber generated 2 lakhs revenue in the month of November and there was a huge increase as the company generated 8 lakhs in this month.

Today first time I tried to use their services ( Electrician). I explained that in that flat, I don’t live there and coming just to get this work done. 12pm became 1:30. Then at 1:30 the “Champ” calls me that he will take 1 1/2 hour more. Then at 2:30 guys calls that he is still on the way. Wasted 4 hours of mine reaching there and coming back without getting work done. And all this because of thier Carelessness. Absolutely Disgusting handling. Never again to Zimmber!!!
Worst Service From Zimmber , Will Never go with Zimmber …
My AC , Cooler and Fan were not working due to some fault in switch board , I
booked a service from Zimmber on 31st Aug morning , Even I got a confirmation
call Saying that Champ Will come to my door on the time , I waited for the
champs ( They are not actually ) and no one came , Even I tried to call the
customer care but no one attended me …
Next day on 1st sept , I again booked a service and this time they ensure me that
champ will come for sure , Even I got a confirmation call . Because of AC is not
working I am staying to friends house which is 10 km away from my home . So I
called to customer care for confirmation . They told me that champ will come to
my door surely , So went to my home by 10 km Drive and I waited for one hour
and no once came , Even no one picked my call . I had to return to my friend
house Again .
I am not going to use these services again , Worst service and Fake service …
Zimmber! Firstly the name is horrendous! If you call them, it takes forever for them to reply back! Rather they NEVER pick up your call. Later they call you & ask that you had called. One of my friends went into one of their offices for a job interview, they not only delayed in responding to the consultancy but they even humiliated my friend by not even responding to her outside their corridor! NO HUMANITY… NO WORK ETHICS… its just a definition of a pure form of being “pathetic”. Zimmber is Zimmbeeeaaarrrr literally. LOL.
My experience with Zimmber:
On Nov 23 I booked 2 services with Zimmber i.e. plumbing and electrical service. The handymen reached home within a few hrs. The plumbing service was smooth as a kitchen tap had to be replaced, simple. The faulty fan had to be fixed so the electrician took it back with him and got it back after 3 days. I was charged Rs.450 for the electrical service which I agreed to pay without hesitation. The fan wasn’t working (making an unbearable sound)on the same day it was supposedly fixed. After a couple of days I called Zimmber for them to send the electrician again. This time the electrician (Santosh Shah) came over on Dec 1 took the fan along with him saying it required repairs again. I waited for 9 days but the fan wasn’t returned. Had to stay without a fan for all these days. No communication from Zimmber. On 9th Dec I called Zimmber and spoke to a csr, he told me my task was scheduled for 9th Dec, the electrician didn’t turn up. I waited and called back on 10th Dec in the afternoon, same guy answered the phone and told me the task would be done on the 10th and tried to put me on a conference call, after waiting for 15 mins on the line I decided to hang up. Went to their site and messaged on their live chat, I told the csr to ensure the fan was delivered on the 10th in whatever condition it was, she left the chat (Shruti). She gave me the electrician’s number, tried calling twice and his number was busy, after that he switched off his phone. I tried calling till 6pm and called the csr again, irritated I told them I needed the fan at any cost and also asked them why the electricians phone was switched off, they had no clue. After esclating my call twice I spoke to Vivek and narrated the story. The least I expected was my fan to be replaced because a task was scheduled on the 10th and I was told the electrician would not be able to deliver the fan on that day. I requested them to offer a temp fan in the mean time, they refused to help. Finally I agreed to wait till the next since Vivek assured me the fan would be replaced by 12pm and refund of 450 would be made, the electrician came over at 4pm. Pathetic service, it took over 15 days to repair and countless follow up, not to forget the initial invoice sent via sms was of Rs. 0. Do not recommend this service at all.
Zimmber electrical services are worthless and customer fooling service.
I had to install 3 switchboards which contained multiple switches and sockets which were all wired internally and just needed to connect the board to the main house supply.
As per the ridiculous rate card of electrical services the electrician demanded 2000 INR to install just 3 switchboards as they charge 50 per (switch/socket) which is a rip of to a customers wallet and as per the company’s big brand i had to pay 150 service charge just for a visit and quotation and a negotiation talk.
I asked the electrician that is it the right rate outside company rate card and he gave me a noxious smile. I got the job done from a local electrician by just paying 200 INR
I just thought how much would zimmber charge a customer to get the entire house electrically installed….. I assume atleast 50k or 100k as per their rate card.
Will never use this ridiculous service ever. I trust more on the local service men who are reasonable enough rather than a rip off online start up company.
If you want to succeed in the market, start analyzing day end costs. Why would a customer get to you to pay heavy charges for the same service what is being offered by a local vendor at a negotiable yet reasonable cost.
Don’t tell me you got professional services and time precision and commitment…. these are just sugar coating phrases to attract customers.
Not good at all… Used it for AC service. As per the print media ad the charges was supposed to be Rs.200-250… but When I called zimmber they said between 300-350 and the actual charge was 500.. I shouted on the technician and suddenly he said “sir with 100 discount it is 400”. Zimmber never called me to see if I was satisfied with services I have paid for…One more fraud company.

Zimmber is a cheater and fraudster!!! People plz beware of this company..they are out there to loot peoples money..i am writing this out of personal experience. They took money from us and absconded..their representatives stopped answering calls, call centre doesnt reply. They just take money and run away. plz dont avail any service from zimmber. they r one of the biggest scamsters…
